Reviews of Hope Square Garage in Southport

I'm not a resident of Southport, but live in the North West. In town for the day, but then returned to my car - ready to drive home - and absolutely nothing from the ignition. Never experienced anything like it before - not even a groan from the battery. Dashboard showing nothing. Phoned Adam at Hope. So so helpful. Just the kind of voice you need in a situation like this (worrying about getting back for work etc). Doesn't normally do call outs, but went out of his way to diagnose the problem and fit a new battery (the old one had lasted 8 years on my VW Polo!). When things like this happen it restores my faith in human nature. Kind, honest, fair people DO still exist. Thank you so much for getting me out of this scrape, particularly given my breakdown cover had lapsed (not auto-renewed). Some people chase the £££. Not Adam. He actually gives a damn and wants to have a meaningful exchange with his customers. Really, really appreciate it, mate!
